Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor Science and seven (7) years working as a Master Scheduler/Planner in a projects-based construction or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years post High School graduation education in Business, Math, or Operations Management.
• Familiar with the entire life cycle of a construction or manufacturing project.
• Prior experience being responsible for shared resources, budgets, time estimates and scheduling.
• Experience handling risk management and issues.
• Expert with MS Project, MS Office, including Excel and other related schedule risk assessment applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Working knowledge of MS Sharepoint, or comparable intranet application.

Preferred Requirements

• CPIM Certification.
• PMI Certification.

Duties: • Develop resource loaded schedules and maintain master schedule.

• Conduct detailed schedule analysis, variance analysis, root cause analysis, critical path analysis, schedule rise analysis and “what if” analysis.

• Develop PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and GANTT charts as necessary for evaluating scheduling necessities.

• Establish communication scheduling processes and procedures to ensure the team understands his/her duties and responsibilities.

• Prepare resources and milestone reports and briefings as necessary to Project Management and other team members as necessary.

• Assist Project Management with communicating and negotiating project delivery aspects, change orders and day-to-day conflicts.

• Integrate data provided by Project Managers to create and maintain Master Schedule.

• Ability to understand and manage complex issues within a highly visible technical project plan.

• Develops and reports status updates to Project Managers.

• Attend meetings and lead meetings as necessary to meet the deadlines of projects and schedules.

• Ability to manage project plan, track earned value or completion percentage.

• Responsible for managing multiple projects in parallel.

• Responsible for resolving conflict between multiple projects.

• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally in the English language.

• Ability to work closely with other team members in a professional and harmonious manner.

• Ability to work independently or as a member of a team, as the project deems necessary.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
