Sept 19, 2007 PDM - Get the Competitive Edge...

Success requires more than job knowledge and certifications. A key success ingredient is your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of your organization as well as customers and suppliers. This ability is often what separates those who reach the top from those who do an OK job.

Program Overview

Learn how to make a great first impression, utilize effective listening skills, techniques to establish an immediate positive relationship, and how to deal with people who are, pushy and obnoxious, timid and indecisive, overly friendly, culturally different and people with disabilities.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to improve on these skills and gain the competitive edge.
